Instructions for Cancellation

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you receive the goods or on the day a third party you designate (other than the carrier) receives them.

To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement. This can be done by letter, email or fax. You may use the cancellation form provided below, although you are not required to do so. Please send your cancellation notice to:

As long as your notice is sent before the fourteen-day cancellation period ends, your cancellation will be considered timely.

Effects of Cancellation

When you cancel a purchase, we will refund all payments received, including the standard cost of delivery. If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we will only refund the cost of the standard method. The refund will be processed without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for your order, unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed with you. You will never be charged additional fees for receiving a refund.

We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If goods are damaged or handled in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check their quality, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the reduced value from your refund.

Exclusions

The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of newspapers, magazines or periodicals, except where a subscription has been purchased. The right to cancel also does not apply to customers who are not residents or nationals of the European Union and whose delivery address is outside of the European Union.

General Return Guidelines

To help ensure your return arrives safely, please send items back in their original packaging if possible, including all accessories and packaging components. If you do not have the original packaging, please use a suitable alternative that offers adequate protection against transport damage.

Please do not send returns using freight forwarding services. Kindly note that following these recommendations is not a legal requirement for exercising your right to cancel but helps avoid issues with processing your return.
